Und natuerlich auch so in der /etc/isdn/ipppd.ippp0 mit " so angeben.

AFAIK ist das bei ISDN voellig irrelevant. Das ist nur fuer PPP (nicht
fuer ISDN PPP) und fuer PPPoE notwendig.
Diese Angaben machst Du fuer ISDN in /etc/isdn/ipppd.ippp0.

Das ist schlecht!
Du musst in der /etc/ppp/pap.secrets schon den selben Username angeben
wie hier. Also wie oben:
name "langezahl#0001"
Die " sind notwendig, wenn Du ein "#" im Usernamen hast, da sonst alles
danach als Kommentar gewertet wird und nicht als Teil des Usernamen.

Wenn DU das Debuging einschaltest, koennte man auch sehen, was zwischen
connected und hangup passiert. Wahrscheinlich schlaegt die
Authentifizierung fehl. Siehe oben.
