Weitere Fragen:
Was ist das für ein Proxy?
Kannst du da den access.log o.ä, einsehen?
Auf welchem Port erwartet er die Anfragen (siehe bei Netscape).
Wie hast du die Variable http_proxy gesetzt (echo $http_proxy).
Was steht in apt.conf uns in sources.list?
