[Debian]:KDE 1.91: conflicting types for `random'

da ich in KDE-User keine Antwort bekam versuche ich es
mit der gleichen Mail mal hier:
Hi,
under debian potato it was no problem to compile and
install kdelib, kdesupport and the kde-qt-addons.
While trying to compile kdebase, there is an error:

The system is up to date, I tried it with several
computers (but all debian potato).
