Vielleicht einfach mal `input' in `output' aendern, denn es soll ja
nichts _raus_ auf ippp0 was als Ziel netbios-* hat.
Oder Du verbietest das Forwarding:
ipchains -A forward -j DENY -i ippp0 -p udp -d 0/0 136:139
~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~ das Interface, zu dem es
hingehen muesste.
