Meine /dev/hda1 und C:\ sind identisch. Da ich aber leider EZ-Drive (WD
Diskmanager) im MBR stehen habe und Lilo außerdem auf dem Umweg ueber den
eNTe-Bootmanager starte, steht in meiner lilo.conf
# Specifies the boot device
boot=/dev/hda8
Auf /dev/hda8 liegt also bei mir /boot mit dem Kernel. Ansonsten steht da noch

# Obwohl sowieso default....
install=/boot/boot.b

BTW, brauche ich EZ-Drive unter Linux oder nicht, wenn die HD (> 4 MB) vom Bios
('93) nicht korrekt erkannt wird?
