Und Defragmentieren tust Du auch nicht nach jeden booten?
Ich tippe auf Probleme mit der Festplatte (Badblocks).
Um den Fehler einzugrenzen Installiere Lilo mal komplett auf Floppy,
nur den Kernel auf HD.
---lilo.conf---
boot=/dev/fd0
root=/dev/hdaX
install=/floppy/boot/boot.b
map=/floppy//boot/map
image=/boot/vmlinuz
[...]
