Si vas p.ex. a [1], a "Developer Information (PTS)" [2], a la secció de 
"problems" diu:

* The package has not yet entered testing even though the 5-day delay is 
over. Check why.

* Piuparts found an (un)installation error in the Sid version of this 
package. You should investigate the cause; have a look at the 
corresponding piuparts log.

Més abaix, a "testing migration" (i per algun altre bug report) es pot 
veure que té problemes de dependències amb libav.

Això sí, tampoc entenc cóm pot estar la mateixa versió a stable que a 
unstable i no estar a testing...
