It sowed up on slashdot yesterday, you can still take a look there
(www.slashdot.org). It is a project to make hardware configuration easier. I
haven't look the details. It was started by the mandrake distributiton.

I- What's it?

The goal of the Lothar's project is to make easier the hardware configuration
using hardware detection and a nice interface. For instance, you can configure
your ethernet card, scsi, soundcard.... Lothar uses external modules for each
device ; those modules are called from the main interface.
