ALSA Mixer enabling

Hi

I just upgraded my ALSA drivers for my ALC650 chip on the Gigabyte 7vac
MB. I downloaded the newest version from Realteks site and installed as
requested and have previously done. My sound did work perfectly, except
that my quality was not very good. Before this upgrade, gamix worked and
so did alsamixergui with all the options I needed. After the update
gamix return with

Then I tried alsamixergui and all the options are there except the
options for selecting whether my lineIn and MicIn is surround or
line/mic, and therefor I cant enable my rear and center speakers. Then I
tried gnome-alsamixer and it does give me the options for enabling the
line in and mic channels, but when I toggle the radiobutton I get output

Any ideas on what I can do? I was running Debian Unstable with the Alsa
0.9 RC8 alsa drivers from Realtek's site with full surround, but know I
am only stuck with Debian Unstable kernel 2.4.20 WITHOUT sound on my
rear and center speakers. Front still works fine.

Tinus
