Its chrony

I have just switched off ntp and switched on chrony. Not sure this is the
correct thing to do but

1) NTP does not cope with the ip address of your machine changing whilst its
running (I have a 24/7 server which lost sync when my ip address changed). I
have yet to find out whether chrony does this or not

2) When looking at the working set size whilst running the two I noticed that
chrony was smaller.
