Good thing with the NFS not allowed over the Internet. Although samba is
just as bad!

fstab should be able to be set up in /etc/fstab. Use smbfs as the
filesystem type. man fstab and man smbmount for the options. I am unsure
of the specifics.

You could also use ftpmount and mount the directory over ftp.
