dselect inconsistencies
Hi,
I've got aproblem with dselect. I had apt-get dist-upgrade my system
(unstable 2.2.17) and it installed perl 5.6 and deleted at least parts of
5.005. dselect now tells me that base-perl (apparently part of perl 5.6)
conflicts with data-dumper which is part of perl 5.005 and suggests to
remove approximately the whole of my system as that depends on perl 5.005.
Apart from apache-perl (which I have manually upgraded) I haven't noticed
any problems.
Has anyone any suggestions how to tell dselect that all is fine?
