Should I overdrive my monitor a little bit?

I want to use the modeline:

# 1152x864 @ 70 Hz, 62.4 kHz hsync
Modeline  "1152x864"   92    1152 1208 1368 1474   864  865  875  895

but my monitor only has a horizontal frequency range of 30-60.  I am 
thinking that perhaps changing it to 30-63 won't hurt, but the XFree86 
Video Timings HOWTO warns about overdriving, so I am hesitant.

What do people think?
