along with the sparc32 binaries. Once a set of bootdisks are done (which
should be merged with the sparc32 ones like ultra-penguin) it should be
relatively easy to get an ultra system up.

After that the gcc/egcs and libc6 packages need to be recompiled to
support 64 bit. That may be harder to do.
