Now we are waiting for gcc(egcs) adding support of 64-bit UltraSPARC.
People are working on it. Currently, without a 64-bit compiler,
nothing can be done in user land. I do not believe 64-bit Linux/UltraSPARC
will be available until the end of this year, which also largely depends
on how our Debian developers do after 64-bit GNU compiler becomes
available and clean. We expected the compiler will be available in a month
or so orgininally.
We also planned to provide a commercial distribution based on that.
