should the GCC 4.9 cross compiler be removed from unstable?

Hi,

the GCC 4.9 cross compilers are uninstallable in unstable even if the
appropriate foreign architectures are enabled (since they are not kept
in sync with the native gcc-4.9 packages) and have RC bugs "the package
fails to build from source on buildds and has unmet dependencies" which
seem to imply an extra burden for maintenance.

OTOH, gcc-5 and gcc-6 packages seem to have an infrastructure in place
which quickly provides updated cross compiler builds (I haven't used
them at all, but piuparts seems to be happy with them :-)

So should the currently unusable src:cross-gcc-4.9-* be removed from
unstable?

Cheers,

Andreas
