When using the patches from cross-gcc-dev to build a stage2 compiler,
the build fails, because gcc-4.9-base is not listed in debian/control.
Please consider using the attached patch to make this work even though
it is irrelevant for the in-archive cross toolchains.

The attached patch is a bit similar to the patch authored by YunQiang
Su[1], but I decided to submit a different patch in order to not break
the supported method (i.e. keeping with_deps_on_target_arch_pkgs=no
working). It can be dropped in the patches folder of the package and
added to the series file.
