At one time I was comtemplating adding a target to gcc's build so that it
could create a cross compiler package. Wouldn't be done by default, or put
into the archive, but would be there as a starting point for people who
wanted to create a cross compiler package (just set the target arch, and
"debian/rules binary-x-compiler", or some such).
