Gcc 2.95 lacks testsuite
We're using more or less upstream tarballs for the compiler now, which
means - you guessed it - no testsuite. I personally think this is a
bad thing. I'd like to suggest working from CVS, which we do quite a
bit of anyway, and including the testsuite.
