That stuff below doc/info-stnd_html & doc/texinfo_html is now deleted, 
patch was done in one of latest uploads. We now have:

 texinfo_orig/tp/Texinfo/XS/TestXS.c
dpkg-source: info: Hint: make sure the version in debian/changelog 
matches the unpacked source tree
