When texlive-luatex is not installed luaotfload complains, but compiling 
does not fail.

Did not confirm, but I guess we would have seen that report earlier, if 
-1 would be affected.

Works fine for stable and testing, so only oldstable (the upcoming 
oldoldstable) is affected.

@Salvatore: I'll try to forward that issue to upstream. Will there be 
further point released for buster?
