Hi Vincent,

I have a .info file with top-bit-set characters and at the end:

Local Variables:
coding: ISO-8859-1
End:

These characters are correctly displayed in an XTerm with the
ISO-8859-1 encoding, but not in a UXTerm (UTF-8 encoding).

info should use the "coding" local variable to know the input encoding
and output correct characters (using the encoding given by the locales).

This bug is still present in the current version.

Could you re-check with more recent version e.g. texinfo 7.0?
