The error message is:Can't locate object method "splitpath" via package "File::Spec" at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base/File/Temp.pm line 410.
It gives the idea that your perl installation is heavily broken. Could you check if there is enough disk space and re-install the perl packages perl-base & libperl5.32?
