Bug#968200: missing files for bblxml features

Hi Norbert,
Are we talking about the Asymptote project? I don't know anything about Biber and don't recognize the filename bblxml. Neither does my development computer:

locate bblxml

returns nothing and, in the git code, git releases, and sf releases,

find . -name 'bbl*'

also returns nothing. My apologies if I am misunderstanding.
Cheers,

Hi John,

Norbert from the TeX Live and the Debian/TeX Live team here.

It was reported to us that the release tar balls (on CTAN and on sf.net)
seem to miss the file
        bblxml.p[lm]
while this file is present in the github tar balls.

This leads to errors like

> $ biber --help | grep output-format
>     --output-format=dot|bibtex|biblatexml|bbl|bblxml
> $ biber --output-format=bblxml main
> INFO - This is Biber 2.14 (beta)
> INFO - Logfile is 'main.blg'
> ERROR - Error loading data source package 'Biber::Output::bblxml': Can't locate Biber/Output/bblxml.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Biber::Output::bblxml module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.3 /usr/local/share/perl/5.30.3 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.30 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30 /usr/share/perl/5.30 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at (eval 393) line 1.

(This is from Debian)

Is this a simple hiccup and the file should be included, or is there
something we are missing?

Thanks a lot and all the best

Norbert
