I am not sure, really. If the document processes correctly, then it
seems to be fine.
You can also check the embedded fonts, and in particular whether all
fonts are Type1 and not pixel fonts.
The recommendation for cm-super was for getting scalable fonts instead
of pixel fonts, which in pdf is by far recommedable.
