Not possible, because if I drop the 0 the version **decreases**. One
would need to add an epoch 1:200... but I don't want to do this, because
I am preparing 2020 packages now, and with the switch to 2020 I can
revert the error.
So please, take a break and ignore it till 2020 texlive packages are
released.
