Somehow changed on TL 2020, but not solved.

hille@debian-amd64-sid:~$ export BROWSER="links:lynx"
hille@debian-amd64-sid:~$ texdoc progress20030701
sh: 1: links: not found
texdoc error: Failed to execute: links
"/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/doc/latex/progress/progress20030701.html"
hille@debian-amd64-sid:~$ which lynx
/usr/bin/lynx

Works when links is installed, but fails to do a fail over to the second
entry in list.
