In the ltnews.pdf file the issue 20, 2011/06 differs from

in particular in the code from varioref in the end.
The latter mentions an additional failed attempt,
so I assume that it is more up-to-date.

I compared the current ltnews w/ the one from the web page. It just
differs in the \vspace, but I guess this is not your point.
