Broken autopkgtest blocks texlive-base (et al) transition

Hi all,

currently it seems that autopkgtest believes that texlive-base is
responsible for sagetex's regression
	https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/texlive-base
which seems, reading through the actual log, rather bogus.
The problem is with python modules and some stuff that is not
installable wrt python. At least this is what I read from it. TeX Live
packages are not even mentioned in the actual run ...

I don't have time to investigate this since I am leaving tomorrow,
if someone wants to pick that up.
