Bug#940209: info desktop file is missing the additional category 'ConsoleOnly'

Hi!

Today you send me a mail and asked me about the correct notation. I
would like to answer now:

> Categories=Utility;Documentation
> How should the line should look like after change?
> Categories=Utility;Documentation;ConsoleOnly
Exactly in this way!
And please don't forget a trailing semicolon after the last
category. I would like to show you the complete line again:

Categories=Utility;Documentation;ConsoleOnly;

If you change this entry in that way I think you will fulfill
Freedesktops requirements.
