Bug#596703: texlive-publishers has dependencies on files texlive-bibtex-extra but doesn't even recommend it

Yes, this may happen. There are many bib styles in TL and most of them
are collected in texlive-bibtex-extra.

Even a recommend would be to much as recommended packages are installed
by default w/ the packages recommending them...and texlive-bibtex-extra
is a quite huge package. So, probably users will start complain, why
-publishers pull in 600MB.
Further people could install apt-file and search for a missing
style/bib/whatever file.

I could do a suggest if you insist on having some kind of dependency.
