Dear Hans, Karl, Mojca,

down here at Debian I got a bug report that the gb pattern file
	lang-gb.rme
is non-free:
> % Unlimited copying and redistribution of this file
> % is permitted so long as the file is not modified
> % in any way.

I guess that is the same game as with all the UK patterns in the TeX
world. Didn't we sort that out for hyph-utf8 etc?

Anyway, in the current state in cannot remain neither in TeX Live or in
Debian. At least a renaming clause needs to be employed.
