Bug#906123: texlive-extra-utils: The patch of a2ping is incorrect

Note, this is not a patch, is actual installed script. Like this, the
patch for a2ping.pl is incorrect (adding "+" for 2 lines at top).

Please removing incorrect "+" from the patch for a2ping.pl.
