Unfortunately not.
My work laptop has been collecting dust for a bit and was
last dist-upgraded in sid on 2018-05-16 but it also exhibits
the problem, so, earlier than that, later than… *looks at
git log* 2018-03-10 (hopefully; I can’t see whether I committed
using a sid or stretch system, but I tend to work on my own
sid systems).
