Move to salsa.debian.org

Dear all,

alioth is soon to be closed down, and the replacement based on gitlab is
now in beta testing at salsa.debian.org, see announcement [1].

I have created a team
  Debian TeX Maintainers
  https://salsa.debian.org/tex-team
there and have imported the packages I maintain and which are still
active.

Please consider registering at salsa as well as joining the above team,
after which you can import your own projects.

Note however that only git is supported, so Danai, please think about
what you want to do with cjk and latex-cjk-japanese-wadalab, both of
which are still subversion based.

If you have any questions concerning conversion, please don't hesitate
to contact me.
