Bug is not security related, but missing dependency is causing that
application cannot be correctly installed and application itself does
not work correctly.
I was already told that bugs with severity:important can be fixed in
stable (now I found it in [1]). And I think non working application due
to missing dependency is a important problem which should be fixed.
