Already in there since 10 February ;-)
But I am sorry to say that due to the freeze it will not make it into
Debian stable, as we are in pure bug-fixing mode.
But you can use tlmgr user mode (*read*the*docs*) to install it from the
usual TL repositories into a Debian installation.
