texinfo-doc-nonfree's changelog notes "info.{texi,info} gone, don't
work on it" as of version 6.1.0-1, but does not mention why, or how the
user is supposed to read info's documentation.
Pressing 'h' just shows the info man page, which only mentions
installing texinfo-doc-nonfree at the end of the page, which is
incorrect advice anyway since Info.info is no longer shipped by that
package.
