sorry for the late reply, I was fighting with a more severe
bug, a FTBFS on some architectures.

Just install with dpkg -i --force-overwrite , or firt install the new
package texlive-latex-extra-doc manually, and then texlive-fonts-extra-doc
should help, too.
So no need to worry and hurry.
