xindy maintainence
Hi Jörg,
I am planning to update xindy to a bit newer standards, as dpatch
is now deprecated, and some other things would need a bit of care.
Above all, the RC bug (which is trivial).
What are your plans for xindy? I can propose you that we put it
into the debian-tex group and git repository, and we add you and
me as uploaders. Then I can work on it and upload it in case
something is uregently needed.
