Are you aware of this issue? The bug mail didn't make it to the list probably
due to it's size.
Not sure how to solve the issue: IMHO the best would be to declare a Conflict in
texlive* w/ the old xmltex to make sure texlive-htmlxml is in place before
texlive is upgraded.
