strange in latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp

Hi Norbert and all,

I found something strange in latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp.

apt-cache show latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp
shows me it is of
"Section: fonts"
but all other similar packages latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bsmi00lp,
-gbsn00lp, -gkai00mp shows me they are of
"Section: tex"

I believe they are all of "Section: tex" and it is wrong that
latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp shows "Section: fonts".

I checked source package latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-1.23 but
could't find any problem in it so, instead of filing a bug,
I'd like to ask this strange problem here.
