Hahaha, I still remember when I last tried to dabble with GIT. As the locals say, it was "horrigible".
I'll get my offline things sorted this week and try to figure out a good GIT workflow for me.

No hurry, for now I am committing to the svn repo, and the RC bugs
are fixed and uploaded.
But at some point I would prefer converting it to a git repo, if you
