Just to let you know, I believe I reported all build failures with the
new texlive.
The bugs I've seen are fall into this category:
* Invalid LaTeX syntax: [here] float placement, {\\}
* configure scripts trying to check the version of makeinfo but
failing because the name shows texi2any and the version 6.0 rather
than 5.x.
* Packages cannot find c-auto.h header
