Bug#751150: fix luajit-related FTBFS

Hi Thorsten,

I have already patches in our git to disable luajittex on
x32, mips64, mips64el via blacklist, so that is fine.

If we go for whitelist, then we should *explicitely* search for those
archs that allow for building luajit - not a combination of those
that:
- either support luajit and thus luajittex
- or where the TeX Live build system already detects that luajittex
  cannot be build

Since both of these are moving targets, it would be nice to either
have a white list based only on what luajit supports, or a blacklist
what texlive build system cannot detect.

For now we are at the blacklist, because I don't want to dig out
which of the arch/os combinations can build luajit(tex).
