yplan Perl script?

Hello,

I find yplan.sty shipped in texlive-latex-extra, with the documentation
in yplan.doc referring to yplan Perl script. But I cannot find it anywhere
in Debian.

The script itself is shipped on CTAN, but seems to get stripped in
Debian:

http://ctan.megagod.net/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/yplan/yplan

Do I miss something? Without the script, yplan is useless.
Only year 2000 from yplan00{a,b}.tex.gz is available.
