Bug#740291: texlive-latex-extra: invoice package uses input instead of RequirePackage to include package fp

Thank you for your quick reply. 

Like I said in my report, I realize that this should be fixed upstream
("upupstream"). I appreciate your suggestion and I will proceed
accordingly.

In the meantime, please forgive me for my ignorance, but wouldn't it
be possible to add the patch to the ones that are already present in
the source package? In that way you could provide a temporary fix for
the problem until it gets properly fixed upstream.

If you think that it could be possible, I'd be willing to help in any
way I can.
