Bug#763449: texlive-latex-recommended: lualatex loading fontspeck fails if luainputenc is loaded first

I concur that this bug is easy to circumvent, as I already posted the solution
in my initial bug report. But:
 * upgrading from wheezy to jessie will break previously working documents 
 * working out it is the ordering of precisely these 2 packages that causes
   the problem is not trivial for the average user

Trying Google for the immediate file and error,
    /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/l3kernel/l3unicode-data.def
    ! Undefined control sequence.
does not easily reveal the source of the problem. Maybe this bugreport is at
least enough to tell people this problem can occur when upgrading from wheezy
to jessie.
