Yes, there is no support for esperatno in omega.
Is it written somewhere that there is support for it?
If you want to have support, write a omega-esperanto.ldf,
submit it to the right place, or upload it to CTAN, whatever.

Still the same, it is up-upstream *wishlist* bug.
As long as nobody writes that file, it will not appear out of
nothing...
