No need for any action on any other side but myself ....
I have to get the conversion from
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/doc -> ../../texlive-doc
to a readl directory going.
Thatis my plan (I don't like this link).
But that only concerns TeX Live packages. No need to do anything for you!

non-texlive packages should install docs as usual intl
/usr/share/texmf/doc/...
and link relevant stuff to
/usr/share/doc/$pkg/
(but the links are not necessary, people should use texdoc!)
